  16. possession of an explosive device; in Los Angeles. Authorities
  17. chose to charge Coleman with a felony after arson investigators
  18. concluded that the "firecracker" Coleman tossed at fans in the
  19. parking lot of Dodger stadium was equivalent to a quarter stick
  20. of dynamite. If found guilty, Coleman faces up to three years
  21. in prison. He is on an unpaid leave of absence pending the outcome.
